SurveyPlus Instructions
| This easy Quick-Start guide has
been developed to guide you through the set-up and/or maintenance
of your survey.
All operations are performed from
the Main Menu
- 1. Dial your toll-free number
- 2. Press * (star) when you hear the
greeting
- 3. Enter your password provided on your
welcome letter
You are now in the Main Menu
You may back up one Menu level
by pressing * or press ** to return
to the Main Menu

Request an Online Report of Responses
From the Arch Home
Page
- 1. Click on the Online Reports link.
- 2. Click on the Survey Detail link.
- 3. Enter your Mailbox and Password information
in addition to the time period for the report. Checking off the
box next Download will download your results in a comma-delimited
format for easy data manipulation.
Retrieve Recorded Messages From Your
Callers
You may listen to any verbal responses from your callers. Please
note that this procedure first requires the retrieval of a call
detail report (see above).
From the Main Menu
- 1. Press 8 - Manage Your Survey
- 2. Press 1 - Retrieve Recorded Responses
- 3. Enter the response number found on your
call detail report. This can be found under the column heading
of Resp #
Password Setup (optional)
From the Main Menu
- 1. Press 9 - Personal Options
- 2. Press 4 - Administrative Options
- 3. Press 1 - Change your Password
Listening to Existing Question Prompts
From the Main Menu
- 1. Press 8 - Manage Your Survey
- 2. Press 2 - Record Custom Question Prompts
- 3. Press 1 - Listen To Record A Question Prompt
- 4. Enter the desired question number followed
by #
Recording Your Own Question Prompts
IMPORTANT: SurveyPlus allows
you to record over Arch's default recording of the questions. You
must maintain the integrity of the question-the custom recorded
question must solicit the same type of answer that would have resulted
from the "default" recording. It is strongly recommended
you listen to existing question prompts before re-recording to ensure
you are changing the correct question. If you need to change the
question type, please call Arch Telecom. Programming fees may apply.
