Powerline™ User Guides for Real Estate and Originators
Updated
Powerline™ User Guide for Real Estate and Originators are
now available. The new guide includes complete instructions
for all the recent upgrades to the web portal. Since virtually
all of the Powerline™ features can be accomplished by either
the web portal or the telephone, the guide is separated into
two parts: web or phone instruction. Those two parts are also
offered in two versions: a simple ten-minute tutorial and
a complete instructional guide.
The purpose is to enable our subscribers to quickly use the
system to best serve their needs. For example if your interest
is to simply want to learn how to add marketing fulfillment
information via SMS/Text (as an alternative to the fax-on-demand)
this can be accomplished in two simple steps. For users that
are interested in exploring how to attach audio recordings
over the web or record directly into your browser, this is
detailed in the comprehensive guide.

The latest feature
added to Arch's Powerline™ service, SMS ( Short Messaging
Service, often referred to as text messaging) allows Arch
subscribers to send a sms message directly to your prospects'
cellular phone with detailed information about your properties.
There is a $5 monthly
fee for unlimited text messages with the service. For additional

Producer 7i™ Integration
To help implement
a cohesive follow-up strategy, you can automatically download
your Powerline™ leads into Top Producer 7i™.
Top Producer automatically compiles your Powerline™ leads
into an address book that allows you to seamlessly manage
a drip marketing campaign to everyone within your sphere of
influence. Before the service is enabled you will need to
configure the service through Top Producer 7i.
How
to Integrate with Top Producer
- Open Top Producer Online
- From the "Contacts" tab choose "Leads" from the drop down
menu
- Select "Lead Setup" from the menu on the left side of
the page
- Choose "Add a web site"
- Enter the following information
- Lead Provider Name: Other
- URL: https://portal.archtelecom.com/portal/topproducer.aspx
- User Name: Powerline Mailbox
- Password: Powerline Password
- Click "OK"
Shared/Corporate Account Users:
When registering through the Top Producer website
on a Corporate/Shared account, you must use your 10 digit
(80010XXXXX) mailbox number. Top Producer will not properly
register your mailbox if you use the toll free number. If
you do not know your mailbox number, please contact Customer
Service.

Re-Launching
of Arch Solutions Newletter - August 2006 Issue
In August, Arch
will begin publishing a monthly newsletter which will be sent
to Arch customers electronically. Arch Solutions will feature
updates to our services, profile Arch success stories and
offer a question and answer section to help you maximize our
technology and customer support.
To ensure we have
the most up-to-date contact information, you can access the
Customer Portal and verify that we have your correct email
address. If not, you may simply click on Change Contact Information
and update your email address. Click

Customer
Portal Enhancements
New enhancements
have been made to our Customer Portal that will make management
of your account even easier. You may now:
- Change billing address information.
- Change credit card and expiration information for those
on auto credit card bill.
- List a Contact Email in the My Mailbox
tab. If you ever forget your login ID or password, we will
email it to the email address we have on file.
- Retrieve your Quickload Numbers directly on the Powerline
tab. You no longer have to request them via Custom
Report though they are still available that way.

Reporting Enhancements
A new version of
our Portal is now online. Enhancements have been made to reporting
including:
- Inclusion of hangup/administrative type calls on your
Powerline report. These calls previously had to be retrieved
through a separate report..
- New Leads Only option now available which drops all duplicate
callers within the last 30 days.

Uploading
of WAV files
You may now upload
WAV files into your Powerline extensions, eliminating the
need to record your listings over the phone. At this time,
WAV is the only accepted format with the following settings:
- Mono is preferable
to stereo, but stereo is accepted.
- 8000Hz, 16-bit, PCM, mono is the recommended format.
- 44,100Hz, 16-bit, PCM is also supported
- mp3 files are NOT supported at this time

Reporting Interface
Beginning immediately,
all reporting and account management for Powerline and IVR
systems are available in one central location - the Customer
Portal. You no longer have to log out of your Customer Portal
and then re-enter your information to get to your reporting,
simply look for the Reports tab. All relevant reports for
active services on your account will be accessible.

Portal Enhancement - Multi-Mailbox Systems
A new Web Log-in
feature has been added for system administrators with multiple
mailboxes on their system, whether that be multiple Powerline
mailboxes, HAL, REFI or other survey applications. With this
feature, you can add access to all of your mailboxes and switch
between these mailboxes easily and efficiently without having
to log-in to each mailbox separately.

Customer
Portal/Notification Enhancement - Extension Description
A new extension
description field can be found on the Extensions tab in the
Customer Portal. Any information entered in this field is
now included in your immediate notification to your cellular
phone or email address. What does this mean? No more master
lists of property information needed for your follow-up calls.
This allows you to list property details for each home so
no matter where you are when you receive the notification,
you have the necessary information to contact your prospects
back.

you property owners who have listed their property for sale
“by owner”. By subscribing to the Arch FSBO service, you no

Call Detail Column - Do Not Call Indicator...
You may have noticed that there is a new column available
on your Powerline reports - a Do Not Call field. This new
column indicates whether the phone number of the caller is
listed in any of the Do Not Call (DNC) lists that Arch has
access to. These lists include the National DNC, many State
DNC and the Direct Marketing Association’s DNC list.
We provide this information as a convenience; customers needing
to rely on access to the National do not call list for critical
compliance should consider acquiring the list independently.

Faxmail
Option...
Faxmail can now be directed to a fax number in addition to
an email address. You may now log into your mailbox and request
that your most recent fax be sent to a fax number of your
choosing. To accomplish this,
1) Log in to your toll-free line
2) Press 9 for Personal Options
3) Press 6 to Retrieve Your Faxmail
4) Enter the Fax number you want your fax sent to
